Yesterday morning my husband rang to ask for assistance with a blocked drain to our septic tank. We had a phone call from Rob at approximately 5pm to say he was still in Bristol, but he would be coming onto us later. We suggested re-scheduling as it would be a late call, but he was keen to visit us that day. He duly arrived at approximately 6.30 having not had any food or drink and worked until our problem was sorted, approximately an hour. At all times he was cheerful and helpful, and we would like to pass onto you our appreciation for his work here yesterday. He is obviously an asset for your company. Dear Steve and Team   I just wanted to email to say I cannot commend your Company/Team enough regarding the amazing work they have done here over the past 3 days. All the guys on site have all been an absolute delight, worked so hard and have done a brilliant job sorting out the drain issues on our property which clearly were extensive.....and have not been easy. Please do extend our thanks to them. Steve....Thank you for your assistance in having a 'Can Do' attitude and being so supportive with the challenges here. The guys still have a bit to do....so they will be a bit longer here...! I was stunned at the utter devastation down the path and in the garden when I returned home yesterday, but the result and finished product today is staggering.
