Yesterday morning my husband rang to ask for assistance with a blocked drain to our septic tank. We had a phone call from Rob at approximately 5pm to say he was still in Bristol, but he would be coming onto us later. We suggested re-scheduling as it would be a late call, but he was keen to visit us that day. He duly arrived at approximately 6.30 having not had any food or drink and worked until our problem was sorted, approximately an hour. At all times he was cheerful and helpful, and we would like to pass onto you our appreciation for his work here yesterday. He is obviously an asset for your company.
